Refund & Return Policy

Return Time Frame:

  • You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is defective or does not meet your expectations. Return requests submitted after 30 days will be denied.

Eligible Refund & Return:
We accept returns and issue full refunds for the original purchase amount in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item arrives broken or shattered.
  • The product design differs from what you ordered.
  • The product size does not match what you ordered.
  • The material is not as described in your order.
  • The item you ordered was not delivered.
  • The product does not match its original description.

Condition of Returned Items:
To qualify for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Not be altered in any way.
  • Be in their original condition (unless the issue is due to our error).
  • Include all original tags.

Proof Required for a Refund:
To process your refund, please provide:

  • A shipping label or receipt.
  • A screenshot of your order confirmation email.
  • Clear photos of the defective product (if applicable).

Steps to Request a Refund & Return:

  1. Email your refund request to [email protected], attaching the required proof listed above.
  2. Our Customer Service team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with eligibility details and further instructions. Please enable email notifications and wait for our reply.
  3. Do not return any items without receiving email approval from us. Refunds will not be issued for unapproved returns.

  • Once your return is approved, ship your package to:

  • Do not ship items back until you receive our approval email. We are not responsible for lost returns sent without approval.
  • After shipping, email us at [email protected] with the tracking number from your shipping provider to ensure we receive your package. Refunds will not be issued if the return package is not received.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. These costs will not be reimbursed.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days of us receiving your return package.
  • There are no fees for the refund process. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 10–15 days to appear in your account. If you don’t see your refund after this time, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.

    Exchange an Order

    We do not offer exchanges.

    • When placing an order, customers are prompted to confirm all details, including size, design, and quantity. As such, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for issues like selecting the wrong item, size, style, or shipping address.
    • However, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase (see “Cancel an Order” below) and place a new order with your preferred items.

    Cancel an Order

    Cancellation Time Frame:

    • Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of being placed. If you request cancellation after this period, your order may already be processed or shipped from our warehouse, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
    • There are no cancellation fees. To cancel, please email us at [email protected] with your order details.

Important Notes:

  • Notify us of your return shipment: Email us at [email protected] with tracking details once you’ve shipped your return.
  • Non-Daymira items: Ensure your return package only includes Daymira products. We are not responsible for returning non-Daymira items.
  • Lost or damaged returns: We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during return shipping, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
