What shipping methods are available?
We use express delivery for all orders in the US. Shipping costs depend on the total order price you placed for US orders and $19.99 for international orders. Currently, we are unable to deliver to US military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
How long will it take to get my package?
Order shipping time is estimated to be 7–14 days in the USA (please keep in mind that arrival time will be delayed during peak season). Shipping Time does not include a 1–2 day processing period for your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide services outside of the US.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Stripe and popular credit/debit such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Is buying online on Daymira safe?
It is safe when you place your order with Daymira. We never sell, or share your personal information with anybody. Our Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is gathered and, as a result, how your personal information may be used. Read more about our privacy policy.
Can I exchange my order?
NO. When customer places an order, he or she will be asked to confirm all of the details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if we sent you the correct products based on your choices for the order(s).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled. However, you can only cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping. The cancelation fee is free. Can I return or request a refund for my order?
Items can be returned and refunded within 30 days of delivery and don’t have any sub-fees, except shipping costs when you send the return package. Please see our returns & refunds policy.
I haven't received any packages from my order. What can I do?
In case the tracking shows that the delivery is completed and you have not received your order, please check around your house/ apartment and ask if someone in your family received the package first and let us know if you need further assistance.
