At Daymira, we craft every Canvas Print, Home Decor item, Necklace, Spare Tire Cover, and Hawaiian Shirt with care, ensuring quality before it reaches you. If something’s not right, we’ll make it simple and fair to fix. Need help? Email [email protected].

Returns

30-Day Return Window: You’ve got 30 days from delivery (per tracking) to request a return. Requests after 30 days will be denied.
Eligibility: We accept returns and issue full refunds in these cases:
o The item (Canvas Print, Home Decor, Necklace, Spare Tire Cover, or Hawaiian Shirt) arrives damaged, broken, or shattered.
o The design, size, or material differs from what you ordered.
o The item doesn’t match its original description.
o The ordered item wasn’t delivered.
Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a refund, your item must:
o Be unused and unaltered.
o Be in its original condition (unless the issue is our error).
o Include all original packaging and tags.
Proof Required: To process your return, please provide:
o A shipping label or receipt.
o A screenshot of your order confirmation email.
o Clear photos of the defective item (if applicable).
How to Return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and required proof.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and send approval with a prepaid shipping label (free) and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship to the address below.
  4. Email us the tracking number at [email protected] to confirm receipt.
    Note: Unapproved returns won’t be accepted—always wait for our email approval!

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Report: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your Canvas Print, Home Decor item, Necklace, Spare Tire Cover, or Hawaiian Shirt is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Process:
o Send clear photos of the issue to [email protected].
o We’ll provide a prepaid return label (we cover it).
o Using your own carrier? We can’t refund those costs.
Resolution: Post-inspection, we’ll email you about your refund or replacement.

Exchanges

• We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund, then place a new order at daymira.com.
• Before ordering, double-check your design, size, and details. We don’t accept returns for issues like selecting the wrong item, size, or shipping address.

Refunds

Fast and Fee-Free:
o Timeframe: Approved returns are processed within 3 business days of reaching our Portland facility.
o Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment (e.g., PayPal, bank card)—we’ll email to confirm, just reply to wrap it up.
o Cost: No fees—you get back what you paid for the item.
o Full Order Returns: Return everything? We’ll refund the total, including original shipping (if charged).
Note: Bank delays might add 10-15 business days. No refund after 15 days? Email [email protected]—we’ll respond within 2-3 business days.

Cancel an Order

Cancellation Window: You can cancel within 6 hours of placing your order. After this, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation won’t be possible.
How to Cancel: Email [email protected] with your order details—no cancellation fees apply.

Shipping Note: Orders arrive within 3-6 days across the US.
Important:
o Notify us of your return shipment by emailing the tracking number to [email protected].
o Only include Daymira items (Canvas Prints, Home Decor, Necklaces, Spare Tire Covers, or Hawaiian Shirts) in your return—we’re not responsible for non-Daymira items.
o We’re not liable for lost or damaged returns during shipping, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue is our error (e.g., damaged, incorrect item), in which case we provide a prepaid label.
